As previously reported, Maxim upgraded Tyler Technologies (TYL) to Buy from Hold and raised its price target to $195 on shares. Analyst Brian Kinstlinger said the acquisition of New World Systems (NWS) is highly accretive and expected to add 56c to annual adjusted earnings and the business is highly complimentary to Tyler's Courts and Justice business.
