Stephens analyst Alex Zukin raised his price target Tyler Technologies to $195 from $150 after the company acquired private software vendor New World Systems. The deal complements "fairly significant" product gaps on the Public Safety side of Tyler's business and expands its total addressable market by roughly $2.1B, according to the analyst, who maintain an Overweight rating on the stock.
