Piper Jaffray analyst Alex Zukin raised his price target for Tyler Technologies to $220 saying he believes the company had a strong Q4 driven by public safety wins that likely result in outperformance on both top and bottom line results. The analyst expects Tyler to issue guidance ahead of consensus and reiterates an Overweight rating on the shares.
