Piper Jaffray analyst Erinn Murphy says she's incrementally more cautious on near-term Under Armour fundamentals following her firm's latest survey of 5,500 teens. The company has remained at around 1% mindshare as a preferred footwear brand among teen males over the last four surveys, Murphy tells investors in a research note. Further, not a single upper-income female voted for Under Armour in apparel during the Spring 2017 survey, the analyst adds. She notes that the North American landscape remains competitive and promotional. Murphy keeps a Neutral rating on Under Armour with a $17 price target.
