Piper Jaffray analyst Erinn Murphy views Under Armour's risk/reward profile as favorable into the company's Q3 results on October 25. Around 22% of the stock is short, but the environment for athletic is healthier today versus four months ago when management negatively preannounced, Murphy tells investors in a pre-earnings research note. Further, the analyst says her field work suggests the brand is gaining traction in Europe and Asia. She reiterates an Overweight rating on the shares with a $44 price target.
