As previously reported, Needham analyst Y. Edwin Mok upgraded Ultra Clean to Buy from Hold. The analyst believes the long-term picture for the company is gradually improving as it converts design wins and the two acquisitions into incremental revenue. In the near term, Mok expects a "strong" Q1 and sees the divergence between stock performance and its fundamentals as an opportunity. The analyst has a $7 price target on the shares.
