Edwin Mok says it is a long-planned internal promotion and that the news have no impact to his thesis as he continues to expect a "stronger" second half of 2016 for the company with its strategic efforts starting to drive long-term growth. Mok recommends using any share price weakness as a buying opportunity. He reiterates a Buy rating and $7 price target on the stock.
