BMO Capital analyst Shannon Coyne raised her price target on Ulta Beauty to $230 from $220 and maintained a Market Perform rating on shares following the company's Q1 results. In a research note to investors, Coyne said she sees bright spots ahead for Ulta, but there are also "several clouds on the horizon" based on the firm's deep-dive Beauty Channel Distribution analysis founded on survey data and additional outside data sources that causes her to believe Ulta will need to continue to increase investments in digital to fuel growth.
