Raymond James analyst Frank Louthan upgraded Uniti Group (UNIT) to Outperform from Market Performto Outperform from Market Perform with a $13 price target following the settlement filing with Windstream (WINMQ) on Monday. The analyst tells investors in a research note that he had been on the sidelines as the legal outcome of the business and its lawsuit with Windstream was uncertain, and believes the settlement, while likely dilutive to current estimates, is a significant positive for Uniti and its shareholders.
