After Union Pacific reported higher than expected EPS but lower than expected revenue, RBC Capital thinks that the stock may come under pressure due to short-term challenges. However, the firm is upbeat on the company's longer term outlook due to what it sees as the company's very attractive track network, appealing product mix and balance on its lines. RBC believes that pressure on the stock would create a buying opportunity for longer term investors. It trimmed its price target to $105 from $117 but keeps an Outperform rating.
