UBS analyst Thomas Wadewitz downgraded Union Pacific to Neutral citing a lack of visibility into improved revenue amid large stockpiles of coal and the addition of natural gas and renewables capacity. While the company is good at cost cutting, consensus estimates still look too high, Wadewitz tells investors in a research note. He lowered his price target for the shares to $88 from $89.
