Baird is encouraged by Urban Outfitters' positive comp update last week and said promotional activity is generally consistent with expectations. The firm said if trend momentum continues there is a possibility of an upside surprise in Q1. Baird reiterated its Outperform rating and $38 price target on Urban Outfitters shares.
