UBS noted Urban Outfitters reported Q2 trends continue to decelerate, but said May comps are the toughest of the quarter with June and July easing just slightly. The company specifically cited weather as the culprit, however, UBS believes the tough trends are more likely due to more than just weather. UBS maintained its Neutral rating and lowered its price target to $30 from $33 on Urban Outfitters shares.
