Buckingham upgraded Urban Outfitters to Buy and raised its price target to $42 from $27 saying the Q2 report showed an inflection in women's fashion and led to a 12c beat. The firm expects upward earnings revisions ahead to help drive shares higher based on accelerating trends, margin strength, and views Q2 2017 as a key inflection point in a new fashion cycle for the company.
