Lake Street analyst Jaeson Schmidt lowered his price target for USA Technologies to $7.50 while keeping a Buy rating on the shares. The findings from the company's internal investigation are a "best-case" scenario, Schmidt tells investors in a research note. He's "relieved" that the aggregate impact of the transactions in question should be less than $5.5M. However, the analyst believes USA Technologies will need to build back credibility and illustrate solid execution in order for shares to see meaningful multiple expansion from current levels.
