Citi analyst Scott Schrier views the 7% selloff yesterday in shares of U.S. Concrete as overdone. The company's Q3 results were "pretty good" given the weather impact on heavy construction, Schrier tells investors in a research note. He lowered his price target for the shares to $65 from $72 and keeps a Buy rating on U.S. Concrete.
