SunTrust analyst Rohit Seth says that U.S. Concrete's Q4 results indicate that its "deteriorating fundamentals" earlier in the year were "transitory." He expects U.S. Concrete to benefit from high infrastructure spending in New York City, and he keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
