Macquarie analyst Adam Baumgarten said a channel check with a large wallboard purchaser indicates wallboard pricing has increased +5-10%. The analyst is modeling for a +2% wallboard price increase for 2017 and said anything above a 5% increase would be very positive for Outperform rated USG.
