JPMorgan analyst Jamie Baker downgraded Virgin America (VA) to Underweight after the company's takeover by Alaska Air (ALK) received regulatory approval. The analyst has a $57 price target for the shares and increased target of $93.50 for Overweight-rated Alaska Air.
