Nomura Instinet analyst Brian Dobson lowered his price target for Marriott Vacations to $158 after introducing estimates for the ILG acquisition, which he expects to close at the end of this month. The analyst notes his revised outlook is below the pro forma consensus, which he says "appears to have more aggressive cost and revenue synergies." Dobson keeps a Buy rating on Marriott Vacations.
