Jefferies analyst Christopher Lafemina upgraded Vale to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $16 from $15. The long-term benefit from quality ore premiums is not reflected in the current valuation, Lafemina tells investors in a research note. The analyst also raised his 2019 and 2020 earnings estimates for Vale.
