Citi analyst Amit Hazan upgraded Varian Medical Systems to Buy saying the company is entering its strongest new product cycle period in at least seven years with Halcyon and HyperArc. The analyst expects a "big increase" in both replacement systems and new installations. He upped his price target for the shares to $119 from $78.
