Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Steven Halper raised his price target for Vocera Communications to $40 from $37 and reiterates an Overweight rating on the shares after hosting investor meetings with management. The analyst noticed a "heightened sense of interest" in the company's business model and strategy, given the pullback in the shares after the Q4 results. Importantly, after experiencing soft performance in Q4 revenue, Vocera maintains its view that it has good visibility into the second half of 2019 and that organic revenue growth should return to the low- to mid-teens range next year, Halper tells investors in a research note.
