Goldman Sachs analyst Vyacheslav Degtyarev upgraded Veon to Buy from Neutral and raised his price target for the shares to $4 from $3.40. The company's "strategic optionality" is not fully priced in at current share levels, Degtyarev tells investors in a research note. The analyst sees "scope for further initiatives ahead" and increased visibility on Veon's dividend policy. The company does not trade at an "overly excessive" dividend yield of 10%, says Degtyarev.
