B. Riley analyst Mitch Kummetz downgraded VF Corp to Neutral and lowered his price target to $66 from $73 on shares. Kummetz said warm weather negatively impacted Q4 results and FY16 outlook and said DTC comp likely fell short of guidance. The analyst expects retailers to book cold-weather categories very cautiously for the fall of 2016 and lowered estimates accordingly.
