Loop Capital analyst David Miller noted that tomorrow should be "very interesting" for Viacom shareholders as management holds a strategy session, which he expects to be primarily focused on capital structure and the company's $10.9B of debt. However, Miller does not believe that the company will follow its meeting with any sort of "bombshell announcement" at close of business, as he does not think this is truly a one-day matter. The analyst, who raised his forecast for programming costs in FY17, lowered his price target on Viacom shares to $41 from $46 and keeps a Hold rating on the stock.
