Citi analyst Jason Bazinet downgraded Viacom to Neutral saying consensus estimates for 2016 and 2017 may fall further with Paramount continuing to "perform poorly" at the box office. The analyst upgraded the shares to Buy just six weeks ago. He lowered his price target for Viacom to $44 from $46.
