KeyBanc analyst Hans Chung,says that the recent decline in Vipshop's (VIPS) stock and its "good fundamentals" make it "an attractive acquisition target" for Alibaba (BABA) and JD.com (JD). The analyst says that synergies would allow either Alibaba or JD.;com to buy Vipshop. He keeps Overweight ratings on all three stocks mentioned.
