RBC Capital analyst TJ Schultz lowered his price target on Valero Energy Partners to $55 after a Q4 earnings miss, but notes that the company has affirmed its FY18 dividend distribution growth outlook of at least 20%. Schultz keeps his Outperform rating, saying he remains positive on the company longer term based on its "vast pipeline of dropdown assets, strong balance sheet, and high coverage".
