UBS analyst Rogerio Araujo upgraded Volaris to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $12.50 from $12. The stock is down 46% since July 2017 on oversupply in the Mexican airline sector, currency volatility and higher oil prices, Araujo tells investors in a research note. He believes potential improvement in 2018 is not priced into the shares and finds the valuation attractive at current levels.
