Citi analyst Stephen Trent upgraded Volaris to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $10.50 from $9. The analyst cites his firm's expectations for a stronger peso, easier traffic comps and the stock's "significant underperformance" over most of the past year for the upgrade. The election of a market-friendly candidate in Mexico this July could mean further peso appreciation, Trent tells investors in a research note.
