As previously reported, Morgan Stanley analyst Josh Milberg upgraded Volaris to Overweight from Equal Weight, as he sees an attractive 12-18 month valuation case for the shares given their 35% selloff to an all-time low. He thinks results will stay weak in the near to mid-term, but Milberg believes Volaris has the balance sheet to withstand the headwinds. He lowered his price target on Volaris shares to $8.00 from $9.30.
