As previously reported, BofA/Merrill downgraded Vulcan Materials to Neutral from Buy and increased its price target to $139 from $129. Analyst Timna Tanners said building materials companies shares have soared in anticipation of increased infrastructure spending following Trump's victory and believes the bull case is now reflected in Vulcan Materials' valuation.
