SunTrust analyst Rohit Seth raised his price target on Vulcan Materials to $145 and kept his Buy rating after its Q2 results, saying the company looks to be on track toward achieving its FY19 guidance even though investors may have been looking for the management to raise guidance. Aside from storm risks, the analyst believes the company's backlog remains healthy and the high end of 2019 volume and price forecasts are reachable in spite of the tough comps for the back half of the year.
