Stifel analyst Stanley Elliott raised his price target for Vulcan Materials to $165 from $145 and reiterates a Buy rating on the shares following the company's Aggregates Day. The analyst says that while the end market and volume recovery has been slower than originally anticipated, he came away encouraged by the visibility on the public construction side and current pricing environment. He remains positive on Vulcan's outlook.
