SunTrust analyst Rohit Seth maintained a Buy rating and $165 price target on Vulcan Materials (VMC), but lowered his Q4 EBITDA estimate to $308M from $326M, which is below consensus. The analyst sees higher repair and maintenance costs and stripping costs than previously modeled. Seth also suspects others will lower their expectations for the quarter and 2020 "in the coming weeks."
