Credit Suisse analyst Julian Mitchell raised his price target for Valmont to $140 from $117 following Q4 earnings. The analyst acknowledges that the revenue growth in Q4 and the guidance for 2017 highlight that Valmont is well-positioned for any infrastructure spending recovery in North America. He reiterates an Underperform rating on the shares.
