William Blair analyst Jason Ader upgraded VMware to Outperform from Market Perform saying the company's positioning in the public cloud is "materially improving." The analyst believes consensus expectations for the second half of the company's fiscal year look conservative, "leaving significant room for upside." The stock's valuation looks compelling, Ader tells investors in a research note.
