As previously reported, Morgan Stanley downgraded Vanguard Natural to Equal Weight from Overweight and lowered its price target to $7 from $11 on shares. Analyst Tom Abrams lowered EBITDA forecasts to reflect lower commodity forecasts and downgraded Vanguard Natural to reflect the difficult macro environment.
