Jefferies analyst Ramsey El-Assal upgraded Vantiv (VNTV) to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $94 from $72. The Worldpay (WPYGY) acquisition should drive multiple expansion as the deal adds high-growth digital revenue to Vantiv's mix, and also dilutes prior less attractive concentrations, El-Assal tells investors in a research note. Further, he views the synergy guidance as conservative and sees upside from tax reform.
