After Vantiv agreed to buy Worldpay, Wells Fargo doesn't expect the deal to be accretive until 2019 at the earliest. However, the firm says that the deal is logic strategically, as it should help the company enter new overseas markets . Wells adds that WorldPay's global e-commerce business "nicely compliments" Vantiv's U.S. e-commerce business. Wells keeps an Outperform rating on Vantiv.
