Oppenheimer analyst Glenn Greene raised his price target for Vantiv to $77 from $70 after the company announced an agreement to acquire Worldpay for about $12B. The analyst appreciates the deal's compelling strategic rationale and anticipate modest EPS accretion in 2019.
