Following investor meetings with Vodafone’s CFO, Goldman said the company is willing to consider both acquisitions and disposals where they makes sense financially. Given Vodafone’s shareholders' preference for dividends, the firm believes Vodafone may be more likely to be an asset seller than a buyer and noted that its FY16 guidance implies the group returning to growth. Goldman maintains its Buy rating on Vodafone shares.
