Cowen analyst Oliver Chen upgraded Vera Bradley to Market Perform and increased its price target to $17 from $15. Chen has increased confidence that comps are not going to decelerate and could possibly turn positive by Q1 2016. The analyst said business is trending better than feared and the reduced promotional stance is good for long-term prospects.
