Deutsche Bank analyst Nandan Amladi downgraded Verint Systems to Hold saying the emerging market security business slowdown and lower than expected growth in enterprise to will hinder the company's future growth. The analyst views Verint's Q4 results and guidance last night as weak and cut his price target for the shares to $35 from $50.
