Verint Systems' final Q1 results for revenue and earnings beat consensus while its fiscal 2020 guidance was raised modestly, Jefferies analyst Samad Samana tells investors in a research note. Most importantly, management provided significant new details on inorganic revenue, the acquisition strategy, and long-term targets, adds the analyst. He believes Verint's fundamentals are continuing to improve and keeps a Buy rating on the shares with a $72 price target.
