Needham analyst Ryan MacDonald raised his price target on Verint to $57 and kept his Buy rating, saying that while Q3 revenue missed expectations, the management made a "good decision" to separate its Customer Engagement and Cyber Intelligence businesses. The analyst notes that as each segment navigates a model transition, the separation will "unlock value" in both units, and his new price target is removing the "conglomerate discount" from his valuation model.
