JPMorgan analyst Chris Schott downgraded Valeant to Neutral due to near-term business uncertainty in business/cash flow trends offsetting and attractive valuation. Schott said Xifaxan, a key growth driver for Valeant, continues to underperform his expectations and sees no clear path to re-accelerate the product.
