Credit Suisse analyst Vamil Divan, downgraded Versartis to Underperform and reduced his price target to $12 on shares. Divan said the removal of the 6-month interim analysis for the phase 3 VELOCITY study is the correct move for ultimate somavaratan success but it limits the opportunity for upside in 2016. The analyst lowered market share estimates for somavaratan and reduced his growth assumptions.
