Evercore ISI analyst Steve Sakwa's downgraded Ventas to Hold and lowered its price target to $59 from $61 on shares. Sakwa expects RIDEA growth to decelerate further in Q4 following the disappointing Q4 report and for elevated leverage metrics and lack of external growth prospects to weigh on shares.
